Our Mission

Rebel Wellness leverages community partners and a carefully curated team to bring the principles of lifestyle medicine to people who seek a tailored roadmap to live better.

What makes Rebel Wellness different?

You know when you hear the statement, “You need to eat better and exercise?” But then what’s the plan after that? It is overwhelming mentally and financially when you look at the wellness industry and all of its offerings: Diets, cleanses, workout regimens, detox protocols. Rebel Wellness aims to teach sustainable lifestyle habit change through progress, not perfection.

Rebel Wellness is the first freestanding Lifestyle Medicine-oriented wellness space in Pittsburgh owned by an independent woman physician who is geared towards serving the community at large.

We know there isn’t a magic pill. We are anti-diet culture. We want to teach the community the why and the how behind taking care of yourself and habit change.

What is offered at Rebel Wellness?

Our space is intimate, welcoming, and accessible. All are welcome to join us in learning through our teaching kitchen classes, personal training sessions, online library, group fitness classes, and educational workshops. Rebel Wellness partners with local community leaders to enhance and empower you with health promoting tools that are sustainable and applicable to your life.
