YOGA/GROUP FITNESS INSTRUCTOR

Juls received her 200 hour teacher training from South Hills Power Yoga in 2016, but started practicing yoga in 2012 just before her freshman year of High School. In 2017, she became a Barre Amped instructor and makes sure to sprinkle some extra pulses into all of her classes.

Though her practice started exclusively as heated vinyasa, you could never tell because she will be the first to open a window when her class gets too hot! She loves teaching dynamic sequences, typically to the beat of her newest playlist, with a few barre movements thrown in here and there. When it’s time to cool things down, she loves to teach a slow flow, restorative, or yoga nidra class.

She has an intimate relationship with the journey that is body acceptance. So expect modifications, amplifications, and encouraging words for every experience level. She has grown to appreciate that everything is ever changing and there is always more to learn. Knowing this, she encourages her students to practice in whatever way feels best in their bodies at the moment.
