Rebecca is a board certified health coach and fitness coach with over 10 years of experience in both group fitness and one on one personal training.

She learned early on in her career as a fitness coach that simply telling a client to move more and eat less wasn't going to work. There were too many other factors that come into play. Sleep, hormones, diet history, where the client was in their menstrual cycle, and self-esteem often also needed to be addressed. This is the reason she has always been a firm believer in taking a holistic approach towards fitness. And why she was so drawn to Rebel Wellness. “Rebelling against the typical wellness industry…” Yes, please!

Rebecca is on a mission to get all women working with their bodies instead of against them, slowing down and chilling out, and building as much strength as possible.

Outside of coaching, Rebecca can be found walking, hiking, adventuring, listening to music, drinking matcha, and saying yes to as much life as possible.
