YOGA / GROUP FITNESS INSTRUCTOR

Since childhood, Lauren felt the deeply rooted desire to move and flow. As a former dancer she searched for years for something else that provided the same release and awareness of self. She found it, and a feeling of home, in yoga.

She completed her 200 RYT certification at One Point One yoga in 2021, and is now continuing her journey to 500 hour certification by completing continuing education in yoga therapy, art of touch, and self study to grow further as a teacher.

Lauren is also a certified group fitness instructor with experience in leading yoga fusion, cardio and light weight based classes.

Her yoga teaching style ranges from flowing vinyasa to cooling restorative and yin. Each of Lauren’s classes invoke a sense of creativity and flow, while also allowing for accessibility for all. Modifications are always welcomed and encouraged, and her goal is to consistently provide a safe, supportive space where students can feel held both in body and mind.

Her teaching values are inclusivity, empathy and providing a safe space for all.
